You can draw arrows, lines, boxes, circles, or free draw. The editor has highlighting, blur, crop, rotate, text and different drawing functions. That menu has options to save it directly with a dialog box or saved settings, opening in an image editor, copy to clipboard, send to printer, put it in any MS Office program or email, MS Paint, or upload to Imgur. Once you have a capture, it pops up a menu of what you want to do with it. You don't have to keep selecting that area. The capture last region is great when you are documenting a process and have to keep capturing the same area to get the changes. You can customize what you want the shortcuts to be. It has keyboard shortcuts (print screen, alt+printscreen, etc) for capture region, capture last region, window, and full screen, capture window (select from a list of open ones).
